> Heading into our 6th year of business we
currently have a 83% return rate amongst our customers, several
returning more than once a year. They come back year after year to soak
up the sun and ride the best trails in Europe.

There are many articles published
about Switchbacks week long holidays, to name a few:

Just a quick email to thank you for a fantastic week last week. Despite the
bruises and unfortunate bout of head colds everyone thoroughly enjoyed
riding with Switch-Backs. The trails were huge amounts of fun and
definitely technically more difficult than we were used to. I for one feel
I've come back a much better, more confident rider and we all thank you for
your patience during our coaching sessions. India sends her apologies for
hitting you with her bike. :o)
Tomorrows task is to put the Heckler back together and take on some of my
local trails to see if they're now tamer than I remember! I reckon I'll
clean even the Cavedale descent now. If I can't...I'll post the Heckler
over to you...piece by piece.
Many thanks Mike and we look forward to coming back next year for another
blast with you guys out there!

and I wanted to say a big thank you for giving us such a fantastic
week, we seriously cannot think of one thing that would have improved
our time out in Bubion with you. We thought that the organisation,
accommodation and most of all yours and Robin's fantastic attitude and
tuition really made our holiday. We've both come away eager
to
try out all the new skills we've learnt, despite the fact that the
local trails are going to be a little poor in comparison. Thanks again
for such a great week, and can't wait to see you next year for another
go! Matt Perrins
> Just
a bit of feedback to let you know I had a great week, thanks. Well, 4
days riding for me as it turned out but it still felt like a full week
on your trails! Bruises have all faded away now, thankfully. I'll admit
I wasn't sure if it was going to be too much on the
‘freeride'
side of things for me before coming out but now I just want to come
back & give it all another go & learn some more. Mick

> Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a very, very, very, very, very....very, very big
thank you from all of us for a fantastic weekend, the whole experience
far exceeded our expectations from the company, guides, organization
terrain, scenery, weather etc. Be sure that Marie and I will
be spending the winter practicing like mad so hopefully we can come back
in spring, I already have several friends who are ready to sign up!!

Superbly tough technical riding, empty trails and mostly downhill with
straight forward climbs. I've biked in Les Gets, Morzine, Lake Garda,
Kenya and all over the UK. This place beats them all. I'll be back.
Just need to convince my poor exhausted bike to come too! :) John

What Mountain Bike
magazine review
> Quite possibly the best XC/Freeride-lite
trails we have ever ridden. One can learn more about riding a bike here
in a week, than in several years elsewhere. Bike Magazine
> Brilliant riding and at places not for the
faint of heart. These guys take novice to semi-advanced riders and send
them home as confident, switchback-sliding, altitude-trained legends. MBUK
> We have just got back from a superb but all
too brief holiday with Switchbacks where we got a taste of the
staggering quality of the riding that they have out there. If you like
White's Level Trail at Glyncorrwg then you'll absolutely love the
trails that the Switchbacks guys have on their sun- drenched doorstep!
The wearing of body armour (supplied by them) is compulsory. Lowering
your seat, something that I've always sneered at (up until now) as a
hardened XC rider, is strongly recommended! And for most of the
descents, its absolutely crucial! We liked it so much that we're going
back. We are organising an MTB-Wales.com group trip out there next
Spring which will unfortunately be limited to 15 riders.

From the first day it was clear this was going to be no normal riding
holiday. The ‘easy' trails we rode that day were some of the
most
challenging we had ridden in our 10 years of riding and racing. By the
3rd day we didn't actually think we'd survive the week. By the end of
the week however we were riding like Gods! The problem is every trail
at home, which we considered hard, is now a piece of piss. Absolutely
brilliant!! Jason O'Connor
> The climbs were a bit of a bore –
long fire roads surrounded by tantalising singletrack. Rich on his Big
Hit was beginning to get pissed off. ‘When the **** are we
going to get there?' he was moaning. But when we got to the top and
started a 12-mile long singletrack descent all I could hear was him
whooping and hollering until his throat went raw. Neil

I have been racing professionally all over Canada and the US for the
last 13 years and this is definitely some of the best singletrack I
have ever ridden anywhere! Dave Irving
> This holiday has put the
‘mountain' into my bike. Andy Boston
> I've been mountain biking for over seventeen
years and my time with Switch-backs certainly improved my riding skills
and fitness level. The surroundings are simply superb, picturesque
villages, stunning mountain views and great weather, made this the best
cycling holiday I've ever been on. I'd wholeheartedly recommend
Switch-backs to everyone looking to improve their technical riding
ability while simply having a great time. Neil Parry - A
